Medical micro needling therapy is also known as Collagen Induction Therapy (CIT). This therapy triggers the body’s own healing process, stimulating cell proliferation and initiating the formation of new collagen. This results in a thicker and more supple cellular matrix, which gives visibly younger looking skin.
